Mindfulness Stress Reduction Meditation

The Stress Reduction Mindfulness-Meditation is starting again for the Fall 2018 semester in the Shamrock Room at the Haverner Center, Tuesdays at noon. This is not a class but rather a guided meditation designed to relieve stress, with a few moments for questions and/or sharing of insights. It runs weekly from 12:00 – 1:00pm.
If you arrive late, no problem, just come in and join us.

These sessions are facilitated by Dr Maureen Hall and her assistant Stephenie Moser.
The meditation happens every Tuesday while regular classes are in session unless there are things happening at Havener Center that require relinquishing the room on that day. Dates in the Fall 2018 semester there will not be meditation sessions are Sept 25, Oct, and Oct 23.
