Event and meeting organizers, IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The beginning of each semester creates a backlog of requests for space for meetings and events on campus. Requests for non-academic meetings, events and banquets are handled by the Havener Center Event Services staff on a first come-first served basis and in the order in which they are received. At the beginning of the semester, response may be delayed as a result of the backlog.

Event organizers are reminded to fully complete and submit reservation request forms in a timely manner. Requests must be received two business days in advance of the event. Late requests will not be processed or will be subject to processing fees. Incomplete forms will result in a delay in the reservation being booked.

Event organizers need to review the reservation confirmation sent by the Havener Center Event Services office. Changes and updates to any request should be made as soon as possible. Major changes to space requests may incur processing fees.
